- 为了选育获得适合在秦岭山区人工栽培的羊肚菌菌种,以20株秦岭野生羊肚菌为试验菌株,经初筛、复筛、中试,获得了能稳定结实的羊肚菌菌种SXM-03和SXM-04,其中试产量分别达到(324.9±29.6)g?m-2和(212.2±15.9)g?m-2,且子实体品质较好。秦岭山区多地的推广栽培试验结果表明,以上菌种适合在秦岭山区进行人工栽培。
- Abstract:
- Twenty strains of wild Morchella from Qinling Mountains were used as test strains in order to obtain Morchella strains for artificial cultivation in Qinling Mountains,strains SXM-03 and SXM-04 with stable formation of fruiting body were obtained through primary screening,secondary screening and pilot trial.The above strains SXM-03 and SXM-04 were found capable of producing high quality fruiting bodies steadily,with the yields of (324.9±29.6)g?m-2 and (212.2±15.9)g?m-2 in secondary screening trial respectively.The results of the pilot trial in Qinling Mountains showed that the above strains were suitable for artificial cultivation in Qinling Mountains.
