- 以“富士”苹果为试材,研究了生长季节喷施0.01、0.10、1.00 mg·L-1 3个浓度的稀土复合叶面肥对苹果叶片光合作用以及果实品质的影响,以期为稀土叶面肥在苹果生产中的应用提供参考。结果表明:0.01~1.00 mg·L-1稀土复合叶面肥处理均能不同程度提高苹果叶片叶绿素含量、净光合速率(Pn)、瞬时羧化效率(Pn/Ci)、叶绿素快速荧光诱导动力学曲线(OJIP)、光合性能指数(PIABS)、PSⅡ光化学电子传递效率(PET);同时可以缓解叶片“光合午休”的影响,此外还能改善果实硬度、可溶性固形物、维生素C、可溶性糖、可滴定酸等指标。以上结果表明,喷施稀土复合叶面肥可以明显提高叶片叶绿素含量和叶片光合能量转化效率,并最终提高果实品质。
- Abstract:
- The ‘Fuji’ apple was used as material,the effect of rare earth composite fertilizer(0.01,0.10,1.00 mg·L-1) on vegetative growth and photosynthesis of leaves were studied in order to provide reference for the rare earth fertilizer application in apple production.The results showed that when rare earth composite fertilizer with concentration of 0.01,0.10 and 1.00 mg·L-1 were spraying during growth season,the leaf chlorophyll contents,the net photosynthetic rate (Pn),the instantaneous carboxylation efficiency (Pn/Ci),the fast induction curves of chlorophyll fluorescence (OJIP curve) and the photosynthetic performance index (PIABS) were significantly improved.Meanwhile,it could alleviate the effect of photosynthetic midday-depress.Additionally,rare earth composite fertilizer treatment also increased the fruit hardness,soluble solid content,vitamin C content,total sugar content and titratable acid content.As a result,the spraying of rare earth composite fertilizer could significantly increase the leaf chlorophyll content and photosynthetic energy conversion efficiency of leaves,and ultimately improve fruit quality.
