- 以一年生短毛独活为试材,定植后采用模拟自然生境土壤水分含量方法,设置了4个土壤相对含水量水平(50%~60%、60%~70%、70%~80%、80%~90%),研究了土壤相对含水量与短毛独活生长的关系,以期为短毛独活人工栽培和规模化生产提供依据。结果表明:短毛独活在低的土壤相对含水量条件(50%~70%)下受胁迫,而土壤相对含水量较高时(70%~90%)有利于短毛独活的生长,其株高、叶柄长、叶片数、最大叶面积、地上部鲜质量、叶绿素含量均处于高水平,丙二醛含量、脯氨酸含量、过氧化物酶(POD)活性和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性处于低水平;对于一年生的短毛独活定植后60 d 内,短毛独活的株高、叶片数、地上部鲜质量和最大叶面积的相对生长速度变化均表现慢-快-慢的趋势,符合“S”生长曲线规律,而叶柄长的相对生长速度表现出逐渐增加的趋势。
- Abstract:
- In this study,the natural soil moisture content of annual Heracleum moellendorffii was simulated,and 4 soil relative water contents (50%-60%,60%-70%,70%-80% and 80%-90%) were set up.The relationship between soil relative water content and the growth of Heracleum moellendorffii was studied and in order to provide reference for artificial cultivation of Heracleum moellendorffii. The results showed that the water stress for Heracleum moellendorffii was low soil moisture (50%-70%),and the high soil moisture (70%-90%) was conducive to the growth of Heracleum moellendorffii,the plant height,petiole length,leaf number,leaf area,fresh weight and chlorophyll content were at the high level and the content of MDA and proline,the activity of POD and SOD were at a low level;for the 60 days of the annual Heracleum moellendorffii after planting,the plant height,leaf number,fresh weight and maximum leaf area relative growth rate changes showed a slow-fast-slow trend,with a ‘S’ growth curve,and petiole length relative growth rate showed a gradually increasing trend.
