- 冬枣在采后贮藏期间极易发生微生物潜伏侵染性病害,该研究介绍了用于控制冬枣采后病害的3种非传统保鲜方法:拮抗微生物的应用、天然抑菌物质的应用和消毒剂的应用,并对每种技术的防治机理及优缺点进行了探讨,以期为冬枣的贮藏保鲜研究及应用提供理论参考。
- Abstract:
- During post-harvest storage,winter jujube was very perishable of the latent infection disease.In this study,there were three emerging non-conventional technologies for the control of post-harvest fungal diseases of winter jujube:Application of antagonistic microorganism,natural antimicrobial substances,and sanitizing products.And the mechanism and advantages or disadvantages of each technology were discussed.In order to provide theoretical reference for research and application of winter jujube preservation.
