摘要:
传统果树产业历史长、规模大、种类多，但近年来呈现出产能结构性失衡、供给体系严重不配套、人才队伍力量薄弱等问题，亟待优化升级。江苏省果树产业实施了以品种更新、品质提升、品牌打造、产业融合为重点的供给侧结构性改革，收到了良好效果。该研究基于江苏省农业结构性改革“六个100”示范典型，分析、探讨了江苏省果树产业供给侧结构性改革的关键举措和成功经验，提出开发果树产业多种功能、推进一二三产融合、培育“第六产业”等改革建议，包括培植果树特色小镇、打造果树产业集群、培育果树产业人才和创新果树产业管理等举措，以期为果树产业乃至农业产业供给侧结构性改革提供借鉴。
Abstract:
Traditional fruit industry has a long history，large scale and many kinds，however，structural imbalances，supply system inadequate and personnel problems occur in recent years，which urgently needs to be optimized.The fruit industry in Jiangsu Province implementes a supply-side structural reform focusing on variety renewal，quality improvement，brand building and industrial integration，and achieves some satisfied results.Fruit industry supply-side structural reforms in Jiangsu Province is analyzed and discussed based on the ‘six 100’ typical demonstration.It suggested that development of fruit industry would optimized taking advantage of exploring its variety of functions，promotion the fusion of the first industry，second industry and the third industry，cultivating ‘the sixth industry’.The concrete measures included cultivating characteristic town of fruit trees，building fruit tree industry cluster，cultivating management measures and so on.This research would provide references for supply-side structural reforms of fruit industry and agricultural industry.
