- 以何首乌为试材,采用Folch试剂对不同采收期何首乌样品中磷脂类成分进行提取,并用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器法(HPLC-ELSD)测定不同采收期(2013年9月5日、2013年10月17日、2013年11月6日、2013年12月6日、2014年1月7日)何首乌中磷脂酰胆碱(PC)、磷脂酰肌醇(PI)、磷脂酰乙醇胺(PE)、磷脂酰丝氨酸(PS)、磷脂酰甘油(PG)、溶血卵磷脂(LPC)含量,以揭示不同采收时间何首乌中代谢物积累动态规律及确定其药材合理采收期提供基础资料。结果表明:何首乌中磷脂类成分以磷脂酰乙醇胺和磷脂酰甘油的含量较高。不同采收期何首乌中磷脂总量呈现峰谷状变化,11月采集的样品达到最高值,其次为12月采集的样品。
- Abstract:
- In this study,5 samples of Polygonum multiflorum harvesting at different times were analyzed.The samples were extracted with Folch reagent,then HPLC-ELSD method was applied for the analysis of 6 kinds of phospholipids (PC,PI,PE,PS,PG,LPC)in Polygonum multiflorum.The results indicated that the content of PE and PG were higher in Polygonum multiflorum. The total content of phospholipids in Polygonum multiflorum harvesting at different times showed Peak-Valley shape change,and the sample collected in November reached the highest content,followed by the sample collected in December.The results of this study provide basic data for revealing the dynamic rule of metabolite accumulation in Polygonum multiflorum and determining the optimal harvest period of its medicinal materials.
