- 以油桃为试材,分别测定了斑翅果蝇在“曙光” “春光”“丰光” “中油4号” “中油7号” “中油8号”6个品种油桃完整、切块上的非选择性产卵量及各品种油桃的硬度、可溶性固形物、氨基酸、蛋白质、可溶性糖、果胶含量,采用双因素Person相关性方法研究了非选择性产卵量与油桃硬度、可溶性固形物等生理指标间的相关性,以期为油桃生产中品种的合理选择提供依据。结果表明:斑翅果蝇在完整油桃的产卵量与硬度呈显著负相关,与氨基酸含量显著正相关,与蛋白质、可溶性糖、果胶含量均无显著的相关性。因此,氨基酸含量高、硬度低的油桃品种更吸引斑翅果蝇产卵。
- Abstract:
- Nectarine was used as material,the non-selective spawning amount laid by Drosophila suzukii on ‘Shuguang’‘Chunguang’‘Fengguang’‘Zhongyou 4’‘Zhongyou 7’and ‘Zhongyou 8’ intact and sliced nectarine were determined.The rigidity,soluble solids,amino acids,protein,soluble sugar and pectin content of each variety were also studied.The correlation between non-selective spawning amount and physiological indexes such as rigidity and soluble solids was studied by two-factor Person correlation method,so as to provide a basis for reasonable selection of varieties in nectarine production.The results showed that the number of eggs laid in the intact nectarine was negatively correlated with the rigidity,positively correlated with the content of amino acids,and not significantly correlated with the content of protein,soluble sugar and pectin.Therefore,the high amino acid content,low rigidity of the nectarine variety were more attracted to Drosophila suzukii.
