- 以CDPK基因家族成员基因信息为数据源,采用生物信息学技术,对其基因及氨基酸序列特征进行分析,以期为西瓜CDPK蛋白生物学功能的深入研究提供参考。结果表明:在西瓜中共鉴定出22个CDPK家族成员,所有的ClCDPK被分为4类,多数ClCDPK均含有6~7个内含子;氨基酸序列中含有4个EF-手型结构;在与模式植物拟南芥进行同源进化分析中,系统进化树聚类分析将所有的ClCDPK基因家族全部分为4类。
- Abstract:
- CDPK gene family information was used as data source,the bioinformatics was utilized to analyze the CDPK sequence characteristics of gene and amino acid,in order to supply references for researching the CDPK biological function.The results showed that totally 22 CDPK family members were identified in the watermelon and all ClCDPK were divided into 4 groups,which mostly contained 6-7 introns;the amino acid sequence contained 4 EF-hand structures.In the homologous evolution analysis with the model plant Arabidopsis thaliana,phylogenetic tree cluster analysis divided all ClCDPK gene families into four categories.
