- 以42个观赏海棠待选株系为试材,采用主成分分析方法,研究了其不同器官25个主要性状的遗传变异,以期为观赏海棠良种选育提供科学依据。结果表明:观赏海棠25个主要性状均存在较大遗传变异,变异系数为13.2%~125.1%;7个主成分累积贡献率达80.396%,可以代表观赏海棠发育、产量、叶片特征、质量、枝条特征、观赏、繁殖等7种类型的相关指标;通过对各个株系的综合得分排序,筛选出2个综合性状表现最佳的株系,分别为S24和S36。
- Abstract:
- Fortytwo alternative superior individuals in ornamental crabapple were used as materials,twentyfive main characteristics of each individual were studied with the method of principal component analysis,in order to provide scientific basis for the ornamental crabapple breeding selection on superior characteristics.The results showed that there was great genetic variation in 25 characteristics,and the variation coefficient was between 13.2% and 125.1%.The accumulated variance contribution rate of seven principal components reached 80.396%,which could indicate the growth,yield,leaf characteristics,quality,branch characteristics,ornamental and reproduction of ornamental crabapple.Based on the main ranking from the comprehensive score of each strain,2 superior strains with the most excellent comprehensive traits were S24 and S36,respectively.
