- 以地参为试材,在单因素试验基础上,利用响应面优化地参多糖的超声波辅助提取工艺,并对抗氧化性及功能特性等进行了研究。结果表明:超声辅助提取地参多糖的最佳工艺为料液比1∶48 g·mL-1,超声功率280 W,热水浸提温度80 ℃,热水浸提时间90 min,此时地参的多糖得率为7.2%,多糖含量为61.8%。地参多糖对羟自由基和超氧阴离子的清除能力IC50分别为4.56、3.38 mg·mL-1。其吸油性、泡沫稳定性及吸湿性较好,而起泡性、保湿性能则一般。
- Abstract:
- Lycopus lucidus Turcz was taken as test material,the ultrasound-assisted extraction of polysaccharides from Lycopus lucidus Turcz was optimized with extraction rate as index by response surface methodology based on single factor experiment.And the antioxidant activity and functional property were researched.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were obtained as follows,solid-liquid ratio 1∶48 g·mL-1,ultrasonic power 280 W,extraction temperature 80 ℃,extraction time 90 minutes.Under these conditions,the yield of polysaccharides was 7.2%,the content of polysaccharide was 61.8%.The half-scavenging rates (IC50) on·OH and superoxide anion of the extracted polysaccharides were 4.56 mg·mL-1 and 3.38 mg·mL-1,respectively.The oil absorption,foaming stability and moisture absorption of polysaccharides were well,while the foaming ability and moisture retentionwere in general.
