- 以大灰藓、桧叶白发藓和鼠尾藓为试材,采用遮阳网遮光处理方法,研究了不同光照强度对3种苔藓植物光合特性的影响,以期探索苔藓植物栽培繁育的最佳光照条件。结果表明:不同光照条件对3种苔藓植物的叶绿素含量及光合作用均产生不同程度的影响,3种苔藓植物均需适当遮阴,不同苔藓对遮阴要求不同。大灰藓1层遮阴处理(透光率为30.52%)光合效率最高,生长速度最快,适合繁育光照条件;2层遮阴处理(透光率为7.81%)植物叶绿素含量最高,观赏性最佳,适合应用光照条件。桧叶白发藓1层遮阴处理(透光率30.52%)光合效率最高,生长速度最快,适合繁育光照条件;3层遮阴处理(透光率1.82%)植株叶绿素含量最高,观赏性最佳,适合应用光照条件。鼠尾藓2层遮阴处理(透光率7.81%)光合效率及植株叶绿素含量最高,生长速度最快,观赏性最佳,适合繁育及应用光照条件。桧叶白发藓为强耐阴性植物,大灰藓及鼠尾藓为非耐阴性植物,3种苔藓的耐阴性比较为桧叶白发藓>鼠尾藓>大灰藓。

- Taking Hypnum plumaeforme,Leucobryum juniperoideum and Myuroclada maximowiczii as test materials,the photosynthetic characteristics influence of these three species bryophytes were studied using the method of shading treatment with shade net,which was in order to explore the best light condition for the bryophytes breeding and landscape application.The results showed that there were varying degrees influence of chlorophyll contents and photosynthesis of three species bryophytes under different light intensities.The three species bryophytes need varying degrees of proper shade.Treatment with one layer shading (30.52% transmittance),made Hypnum plumaeforme have the highest photosynthetic efficiency and grow the fastest,was good for Hypnum plumaeforme breeding,while treatment with two layers shading (7.81% transmittance),made it have the maximum chlorophyll and the best ornamental,was good for Hypnum plumaeforme application.Treatment with 1 layer shading (30.52% transmittance),made Leucobryum juniperoideum have the highest photosynthetic efficiency and grow fastest,was good for Leucobryum juniperoideum breeding,while treatment with three layers shading (1.82% transmittance),made it have the maximum chlorophyll and the best ornamental,was good for Leucobryum juniperoideum application.Treatment with two layers shading (7.81% transmittance),made Myuroclada maximowiczii had the highest photosynthetic efficiency and maximum chlorophyll,was good for breeding and application.Leucobryum juniperoideum was strong shade-tolerant plant,while Hypnum plumaeforme and Myuroclada maximowiczii were not.The shade-tolerant comparison of three species bryophytes was Leucobryum juniperoideum >Myuroclada maximowiczii >Hypnum plumaeforme.
