- 采用数据包络分析（DEA）方法，分析评估黑龙江省蔬菜产业生产效率及技术进步趋势。纵向评价采用DEA-Malmquist模型，选取黑龙江省典型蔬菜种植种类和能够反映其种植情况的投入、产出指标，对2011—2015年黑龙江省蔬菜产业的投入产出面板数据进行分析。横向评价采用基于投入的DEA-BC2模型，对2015年黑龙江省蔬菜产业主要的投入产出数据进行评价分析。结果表明:黑龙江省蔬菜生产的全要素生产率普遍不高，新技术的开发和应用是主要影响因素；2015年，黑龙江省露地卷心菜的综合效率达到有效，其它品种蔬菜种植的综合效率指数均不高，未达到DEA有效，不同品种之间存在差异较大。该研究对其投入产出值进行了改进，同时对黑龙江省蔬菜产业的发展提出了相应的建议。
- Abstract:
- Based on data envelopment analysis (DEA),the vegetable production efficiency and technological progress in Heilongjiang Province were analyzed.Longitudinal evaluation using DEA-Malmquist model,the typical types of vegetable cultivation in Heilongjiang Province which could reflect the status of their inputs and output indicators was selected,input-output panel data of the vegetable industry in Heilongjiang Province during 2011—2015 was analyzed.Horizontal evaluation using DEA-BC2 model,the main inputs and outputs of the vegetable industry in Heilongjiang Province in 2015 were analyzed.The results showed that the total factor productivity of vegetable production in Heilongjiang Province was generally low,and the development and application of new technologies were the main influencing factors.In 2015,the comprehensive efficiency of the rutabaga in Heilongjiang Province reached an effective level,while the comprehensive efficiency index of other varieties of vegetable cultivation was not hig and did not reach the DEA effective,there were significant differences between different breeds.The input-output value was improved,and corresponding suggestions for the development of vegetable industry in Heilongjiang Province were put forward.
