- 农产品价格的不稳定与其供给的不确定性有很大关系，以农产品供应链为载体，在引入农业保险进行风险规避的基础上，对农产品价格稳定进行定量研究。由于农产品供应链的逐利性，以运筹学的思想，在库存论的基础上，构建多目标非线性优化模型，运用遗传算法进行求解，并引入算例分析。结果表明：在不同的风险值水平下，该方法筛选出的最优的投保策略相对于单独追求利润最大化时的投保将更加科学合理，既可减少风险带来的损失，又可避免过高的保险投入；该方法可以有效地实现农产品供应链价格的相对稳定，同时可以实现对农户等供应链成员利益的保护，调动其生产积极性。最后，就农产品价格稳定等问题给政府提出调控建议。
- Abstract:
- The price instability of agricultural products is greatly related to the uncertainty of supply.Based on the introduction of agricultural insurance,risk aversion and quantitative research of the price stability of agricultural products are achieved in the supply chain of agricultural products.Due to the benefit of the supply chain of agricultural products,based on the theory of operational research,the multi-objective nonlinear optimization model is built on the basis of inventory theory,the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model,and the example is introduced.The results showed that under different risk level,the optimal insurance strategy selected by this method can effectively achieve the relative stability of the price of agricultural supply chain,and at the same time,it can protect the interests of farmers and other supply chain members and mobilize their production enthusiasm.Finally,some suggestions were given to the government on the regulation of the price stability of agricultural products.
