- 聚苯保温板墙体日光温室是一种后墙为10 cm聚苯保温板+棉毡的日光温室,近年来在河北省有一些发展。该研究以聚苯保温板墙体日光温室为试材,以土墙日光温室为对照,采用试验分析法,进行越冬番茄栽培,研究温室的气温变化和增温保温性能,以期在河北省设施蔬菜生产上得以推广应用。结果表明:聚苯保温板墙体日光温室与土墙日光温室相比,1—2月日平均气温低0.06~1.68 ℃,日最高气温高0.45~15.41 ℃,日最低气温低0.12~1.72 ℃,平均日最低气温8.88 ℃。聚苯保温板墙体日光温室蓄热保温性能略低于土墙日光温室,但是具有建造成本低、土地利用率高、白天升温快、无需下挖等特点,能够满足茄果类蔬菜越冬生产的需要,在冀中南地区有较大的推广应用价值。
- Abstract:
- Polyphenyl composite thermal insulation board wall solar greenhouse is a kind of solar greenhouse which made the back wall by 10 cm polyphenyl composite insulation board and cotton blanket.It has the characteristics of low construction cost,high land utilization rate,fast warming during the daytime,and no need of digging,and it has been developed and used in Hebei Province in recent years.From January to February in 2017,an experiment of tomato overwintering was conducted in the polyphenyl composite thermal insulation board wall solar greenhouse,the temperature changed and the warming and thermal insulation properties were monitored and analyzed.At the same time,the soil wall solar greenhouse was served as control.The results showed that,contrast to the soil wall solar greenhouse,the polyphenyl composite thermal insulation board wall solar greenhouse had lower average temperature (0.06-1.68 ℃),higher maximum temperature (0.45-15.41 ℃),and lower minimum temperature (0.12-1.72 ℃).The daily lowest temperature in the polyphenyl composite thermal insulation board wall solar greenhouse averaged 8.88 ℃,which could meet the need of solanaceous vegetableles in winter production.The research could provide information for utilizing the polyphenyl composite thermal insulation board wall solar greenhouse in central and southern area in Hebei Province.
