遮阴对滇海水仙花生长及生理生化的影响

- 以滇海水仙花为试材,采用尼龙纱网和黑色遮阴网设置了3种不同的遮阴程度(40%、65%、85%),以全光照为对照,研究遮阴对滇海水仙花生长及生理生化的影响,以期探讨滇海水仙花对光照的需求和适应性。结果表明:随着遮阴强度的增加,滇海水仙花的冠幅逐渐增大,叶片数、匍匐茎个数逐渐减少,叶绿素含量先增多后减少,叶片含水量、叶生物量比、表观量子效率逐渐增多,根生物量比、根冠比和比叶重逐渐减少,光补偿点、光饱和点、最大净光合速率逐渐降低;试验表明滇海水仙花有较强的耐阴性,可作为林下种植材料。

- PrimulapseudodenticulataPaxwasusedastestmaterial.PhysiologicalandbiochemicalresponsesofPrimulapseudodenticulataPaxwasstudiedatthedifferentdegreesofshades(0%(CK),40%,65%,85%).InordertostudytheneedsandadaptabilitytosunlightofPrimulapseudodenticulataPax.Theresultsshowedthatwiththeincreasingofshadingintensity,crownwidthincreased,leafnumberandstolonnumberdecreased.Thechlorophyllcontentincreasedfirstandthendecreased.Leafwatercontent,leafbiomassratio,apparentquantumefficiencygraduallyincreased.Rootbiomassratio,rootshootratioandleafweightratiodecreased.Thelightcompensationpoint,thelightsaturationpointandthemaximumnetphotosyntheticratedecreased.TheconclusionshowedthattheshadetoleranceofPrimulapseudodenticulataPaxwasstronger,andcouldbeusedasplantingmaterialundertheforest.
