农户创办家庭农场意愿的影响因素分析

- 基于淮滨县251户种植农户的调查数据，建立二元Logistic模型，对农户创办家庭农场意愿的影响因素进行了实证分析。结果表明：农户身体状况、务农人口、耕作面积、土地流转难易程度、资金借贷难易程度、农业机械化水平对农户创办家庭农场的意愿有显著的正向影响；年龄、近几年气候变化对农作物产量及收入的影响程度对农户创办家庭农场的意愿有显著的负向影响；而性别、受教育程度、家中是否有人担任村干部、农业收入占比、农业基础设施状况、接受农业技术培训的情况、对扶植政策的了解程度则对农户创办家庭农场的意愿无显著影响，并根据研究结果，提出相应的政策建议。
- Abstract:
- Based on the survey data of 251 planting farmers in Huaibin county,a binary Logistic model was established to analyze the influencing factors of farmers′ intention to establish family farms.The results showed that the farmer′s physical condition,farming population,farming area,the ease of borrowing funds and land circulation,the level of agricultural mechanization had a significant positive effect on farmers′ willingness to establish family farms.Age,the influence of climate change on crops yield and income in recent years had a significant negative effect on farmers′ willingness to establish family farms.While gender,educational level,whether or not someone is a village cadre,the proportion of agricultural income,the status of agricultural infrastructure,the acceptance of agricultural technology training.The understanding of the supporting policies had no significant effect on the farmers′ willingness to establish family farms.Based on the results of the research,the study put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
