- 以7份猕猴桃资源为试材,结合GenBank数据库中已有的猕猴桃属植物相关序列,采用叶绿体基因标记matK和rbcL构建K2P遗传距离矩阵及NJ系统发育树,研究了猕猴桃属植物种间亲缘关系,以期为猕猴桃属植物属下分类研究提供参考。结果表明:叶绿体序列系统发育分析结果与现行的“四组四系”分类系统不符,净果组与其余3组K2P遗传距离较远,组内实髓系与片髓系之间遗传差距较大,支持净果组分为实髓系与片髓系两系的分类方法;星毛组、糙毛组及斑果组物种相互混杂,难以划分,建议3组合并为“非净果组”,原有三组分别降级为“星毛系、糙毛系和斑果系”,建立“二组五系”的猕猴桃属植物属下分类系统。
- Abstract:
- Seven kiwifruit resources were used as materials,and relating Actinidia plant sequences were downloaded from GenBank database.K2P genetic distance matrix and NJ phylogenetic tree were constructed by using cpDNA marker matK and rbcL and the interspecies relationship of Actinidia was analyzed in order to provide some useful information for the study on the classification of Actinidia.The results suggested that the current ‘four groups and four lines’ classification system did not consent with our conclusion.The genetic distance between Sect.Leiocarpae Dunn and other three groups and 2 lines of Sect.Leiocarpae Dunn were long.So it was suggested that Sect.Leiocarpae Dunn conformed to two lines.The other three groups mixed each other,it was difficult to be divided,so this study suggested a combination of those three groups which downgraded to three lines.In conclusion it was suggested a ‘two groups and five lines’ Actinidia classification system.
