- 以佛甲草(Sedum lineare Thunb.)、垂盆草(Sedum sarmentosum Bunge)为材料做成混合型屋顶草皮,形成简易屋顶绿化,采用对比的方法,研究了简易屋顶绿化、裸屋面及屋顶架设水泥板3种处理措施对楼房顶层房屋室内温度、噪音等的影响,同时研究了采用这3种措施时楼顶荷载增加、屋面温度、蓄排水及屋顶维护等方面的差异,以期获得屋顶草皮在未设计屋顶花园荷载的老旧楼房屋顶建设的可行性及其作用与意义。结果表明:在未设计屋顶花园荷载的老旧楼房屋顶可以建设屋顶草皮,其所产生的荷载增加小于屋顶活荷载,安全性有保障;同时屋顶草皮在降噪、降温、蓄排雨水等方面产生的生态效益及绿化美化效益均十分显著,值得大面积推广。
- Abstract:
- Sedum lineare and Sedum sarmentosum were used to make a mixed roof turf,then the method of contrast was adopted to study the impact of the roof turf,the bare roof and the roof of the concrete slab to the indoor temperature and the noise value of an apartment at the top of a building.Meanwhile,in order to obtain the feasibility and significance of the roof turf,the load added value,roof temperature,storage and drainage and roof maintenance also were compared between those three facilities on the old buildings without designed roof garden load.The results showed that on the old buildings without designed roof garden load,the simple mixed roof turf can be applied,the added load was less than the temporary load of the roof,the security was guaranteed.Meanwhile,the roof turf had obvious ecological benefits and landscaping benefits in noise reduction,cooling,rainwater storage and other aspects,and it deserved to be popularized in a large area.
