灵武长枣采后低温贮藏期间细胞壁组分的变化

- 以灵武长枣为试材,采用紫外分光光度法,研究了采后低温(0~2 ℃)贮藏条件2 ℃下果实细胞壁组分变化的规律,以期为灵武长枣的贮藏保鲜提供参考依据。结果表明:在低温(0~2 ℃)贮藏条件下,果实硬度呈先上升后下降的趋势,表现出跃变型果实的呼吸特征;离子型果胶(ISP)和水溶型果胶(WSP)含量增加,与果实硬度呈极显著负相关;共价结合型果胶(CSP)、纤维素和半纤维素含量呈先上升后下降,与果实硬度均呈正相关,其中共价结合型果胶(CSP)和纤维素含量与果实硬度呈极显著正相关。
- Abstract:
- Fruits of half red Zizphus jujube Mill.cv.Lingwuchangzao were used as materials,the ultraviolet spectroph was aimed to discuss changes of cell wall components in Zizphus jujube Mill.cv.Lingwuchangzao fruit at low temperature(0-2 ℃) to provide a theoretical basis for the storage and fresh-keeping of Zizphus jujube Mill.cv.Lingwuchangzao fruit.The results showed that fruit hardness showed first increased and then decreased and the respiratory features of the climacteric fruit were shown,the contents of water-soluble pectin and ionic pectin content of the cell wall were significantly increased,the contents was significant negative correlation with fruit hardness.The contents of covalent bond pectin and cellulose and hemicellulose were showed first increased and then decreased,the contents was positive correlation with fruit hardness,the contents of cellulose and covalent bond pectin was significant positive correlation with fruit hardness among them.
