- 以30份不同辣椒资源为试材,采用单一指标及综合指标测定的方法,研究了低温对不同种类辣椒资源种子萌发期各指标的影响,以期为鉴定和培育耐低温辣椒品种提供参考依据。结果表明:30份辣椒资源中有8个耐低温材料,7个低温敏感材料,其余为中度耐低温材料。不同辣椒资源种子萌芽期的耐低温性不同,发芽势、相对发芽势、发芽率,相对发芽率、发芽指数、相对发芽指数6项指标存在显著差异。辣椒资源3-9混、71号温室、3-10混、62-6、12号单2长剑、58号、980洋辣子、K14耐低温性较强;37-77、70号、D75、D78、23700、47耐低温性较差。
- Abstract:
- Thirty different pepper resources were used as test materials,single index and comprehensive index determination methods were used,the effects of low temperature on the indexes of seed germination of different kinds of pepper resources were studied,in order to provide a reference for the identification and cultivation of low temperature resistance variety.The results showed that there were 8 cold resistant materials in 30 chili resources,7 low temperature sensitive materials,the rest were medium low temperature resistant materials.Different cold tolerance of seed germination stages of different pepper resources.There were significant differences in the 6 indexes of germination,relative germination,germination,relative germination,germination index and relative germination index.3-9,mixed pepper resources in greenhouse 71,3-10,62-6,12,mixed 2 single sword,No.58,980 ocean,K14 had strong low temperature resistance,the low temperature resistance of 37-77,70,D75,D78,23700,47 were poor.
