- 以6年生的鲜食葡萄“红地球”(‘Red Globe’)为试材,研究主梢摘心及副梢处理对果实品质的影响。主梢超过第3道铁丝2~3片叶进行摘心,紧靠果穗上部的1个副梢留5片叶摘心,顶端留1个副梢,其余副梢全部抹除,结果枝顶端副梢留不同数量的叶片进行摘心。结果表明:不同的副梢处理方法较对照均提高了“红地球”葡萄果实的单粒质量、可溶性固形物、还原糖及果皮总花色苷的含量,其中顶端副梢留4或8片叶的果实感观评分最高、且酚类物质含量较高,顶端副梢留4片叶则有助于果实糖分的积累。表明陕西渭北地区“红地球”结果枝管理方法为新梢超过第3道铁丝2~3片叶进行摘心,果穗上部1个副梢留5片叶摘心,顶端1个副梢留4片叶摘心,其余副梢全部抹除。
- Abstract:
- The effects of the tip topping and secondary shoot treatment on the fruit quality were studied by using 6-year-old ‘Red Globe’ grape.The tip shoot more than the third wire 2 to 3 leaves were topped,immediately close to the top of the ear to leave 5 pieces of leaf topping,and the top left a secondary shoot,the other secondary shoots were all erased,the results of the top of shoot leaved a different number of leaves topping.The results showed that the content of total berry weight,soluble solids,reducing sugar and total anthocyanin contents of ‘Red Globe’ were improved by different shoot treatments compared with the control.Leaving 4 leaves and 8 leaves had higher sensory scores and phenolic substances,leaving 4 leaves also contributed to the accumulation of grape sugar.The better management method of ‘Red Globe’ was that results branch for the new shoots more than the third wire 2 to 3 leaves were topped,the upper part of the ear 1 left side leaves 5 leaves topping,the top of secondary shoots left 4 leaves topping,the rest secondary shoots were all erased in Weibei area.
