- 以中华羊茅和醉马草为试材,采用原液、稀释10、20、30、40、50倍的中华羊茅内生真菌发酵液分别浇灌幼苗的方法,研究了不同浓度的发酵液对牧草叶绿素、过氧化氢酶和过氧化物酶等指标的影响,以期为开发微生物肥料和生物农药提供数据依据和实践基础。结果表明:不同浓度的发酵液对叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素、过氧化氢酶和过氧化物酶起到不同效果。20、30、40、50倍稀释液显著提高中华羊茅叶绿素a和总叶绿素含量(P<0.05),但原液明显降低叶绿素b和总叶绿素含量(P<0.05);10、20、30倍稀释液显著提高过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性(P<0.05),分别提高了161.89%、104.76%和47.95%,50倍稀释液明显降低CAT活性(P<0.05);各处理组均显著提高其过氧化物酶(POD)活性(P<0.05),幅度达到34.69%~95.92%。30、40、50倍稀释液显著增加醉马草叶绿素a、叶绿素b和总叶绿素含量(P<0.05),增长幅度分别达到11.21%~26.17%、14.63%~26.22%和13.65%~26.57%,原液则明显降低其叶绿素a、叶绿素b和总叶绿素含量(P<0.05);10倍稀释液显著提高其CAT活性15.14%(P<0.05),而其它各处理组显著降低CAT活性(P<0.05);原液和10倍稀释液对其POD活性有明显的促进作用(P<0.05),30、40、50倍稀释液则抑制醉马草POD活性(P<0.05)。

- Using seedlings of Festuca sinensis and Achnatherum inebrians as material,the effects of different dilutions of fermentation liquid of Epichlo isolated from F.sinensis on chlorophyll content,catalase,and peroxide dismutase were studied for providing theoretical and practical base for studying microbial fertilizers and pesticide by irrigating with stock solution,10 times,20 times,30 times,40 times and 50 times dilutions of fermentation liquid,respectively.The results indicated that different dilutions of fermentation liquid affected differently physiological indexes.20 times,30 times,40 times and 50 times dilution of fermentation liquid increased significantly chlorophyll a and total chlorophyll contents of F.sinensis seedlings (P<0.05),but stock solution decreased significantly chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll contents (P<0.05).10 times,20 times,and 30 times dilutions stimulated significantly catalase activity (P<0.05) with increasing 161.89%,104.76% and 47.95%,respectively,though 50 times dilution inhibited significantly catalase activity of F.sinensis (P<0.05).Peroxide dismutase of F.sinensis treated with fermentation liquids were significantly higher compared with the control (P<0.05),with reaching 34.69%-95.92%.30 times,40 times and 50 times dilution significantly enhanced chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll contents of A.inebrians,with increasing 11.21%-26.17%,14.63%-26.22% and 13.65%-26.57%,respectively,though stock solution significantly reduced chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll contents.Catalase activity of A.inebrians treated with 10 times dilution were 15.14% higher than the control(P<0.05),but catalase activity of seedlings treated with other dilutions were significantly lower than the control(P<0.05).Peroxide dismutase of A.inebrians treated with stock solution and 10 times dilution were significantly higher than the control(P<0.05),however peroxide dismutase decreased significantly by 30 times,40 times and 50 times dilution treatment(P<0.05).
