- 以43份软枣猕猴桃资源为试材,利用0~7.2 ℃有效低温评价模式调查其需冷量。翌年春季调查软枣猕猴桃自然状态下的萌芽率,以验证50%萌芽标准的代表性。结果表明:50%的萌芽标准具有普遍性以及代表性;43份软枣猕猴桃资源的需冷量在1 056 h以内。该结果为软枣猕猴桃不同区域间的引种奠定了良好的理论基础。
- Abstract:
- Using the 0-7.2 ℃ model to calculate the accumulation of the low temperature based on 43 accessions of Actinidia argute.In the spring of next year,the germination rate of the resources in the natural state was investigated to verify that 50% of the germination criteria were representative.The results showed that the standard of 50% was common and representative.The chilling requirements for 43 germplasms were within 1 056 hours.The results would lay a foundation for the introduction of different regions for Actinidia argute.
