- 以香港玻璃脆散叶生菜为试材,筛选出最适光照强度和营养液浓度组合,在人工光环境条件下进行水培试验,研究了山崎配方0.8倍(A1)、1.0倍(A2)、1.2倍(A3)浓度下与150(B1)、200(B2)、250(B3)、300(B4)μmol?m-2?s-1光照强度完全组合对水培生菜光合特性和叶绿素荧光参数的影响,研究光照强度和营养液浓度对水培生菜(Lactuck sativa L.var.ramosa Hort.)光合特性和叶绿素荧光参数的影响,揭示产量形成机理。结果表明:营养液浓度一定时,增大光照强度(≤250 μmol?m-2?s-1),各处理生菜叶绿素含量、净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、最大光能转化效率(Fv/Fm)、光化学猝灭系数(qP)上升,产量增加,热耗散小;光照强度为300 μmol?m-2?s-1时各处理生菜叶绿素含量、Pn、Fv/Fm、产量减小,热耗散大。1.0倍营养液浓度与250 μmol?m-2?s-1光照强度处理下的生菜叶绿素含量、净光合速率最大,光化学效率高,产生的荧光少,热耗散少,产量最大。综合考虑,A2B3处理,即山崎配方1.0倍浓度和250 μmol?m-2?s-1光照强度组合是水培生菜合适的光强和营养液管理措施。
- Abstract:
- In order to study the effects of light intensity and nutrient solution concentration on photosynthesis and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of hydroponic lettuce (Lactuck sativa L.var.ramosa Hort.),to reveal the formation mechanism of yield,hydroponic plant factory test,three gradients of nutrient solution concentration (0.8 times (A1),1.0 times(A2),1.2 times(A3)) and light intensity (150 (B1),200 (B2),250 (B3),300 (B4) μmol?m-2?s-1) were set,photosynthesis and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were measured to study the effects of different nutrient solution concentration and light intensities on photosynthesis and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters.The results showed that,when the concentration of nutrient solution was constant,the chlorophyll content,leaf net photosynthetic rate (Pn),stomatal conductance (Gs),transpiration rate (Tr),the maximal PSⅡ light energy transformation efficiency (Fv/Fm) and chemical quenching coefficient,yield all increased and non-photochemical quenching coefficient (qN) decreased with the increase of light intensity;when the light intensity was 300 μmol?m-2?s-1,the chlorophyll content,Pn,Fv/Fm and yield decreased and the heat dissipation increased.The highest chlorophyll content,Pn,Fv/Fm and qP was A2B3,as well as the lowest qN.Comprehensive consideration,A2B3 treatment was the best combination of hydroponic lettuce.
