四种根结线虫生物防治药剂的田间药效试验

- 以甜瓜为供试寄主植物,4种根结线虫生物防治复配药剂为研究对象,采用穴施处理对4种药剂进行了田间药效试验,通过防治效果、增产率、二龄幼虫虫口减退率等指标综合评价了供试药剂对根结线虫的防治效果。结果表明:5亿活孢子?g-1淡紫拟青霉颗粒剂+5%阿维菌素乳油、8亿?g-1蜡质芽孢杆菌可湿性粉剂+1.8%阿维菌素乳油+杀线虫助剂效果最好,与高效的化学药剂10%噻唑膦颗粒效果相当;0.5%阿维菌素颗粒剂与3%阿维菌素微囊悬浮剂效果中等,但0.5%阿维菌素颗粒剂比3%阿维菌素微囊悬浮剂效果好,说明阿维菌素的不同剂型能够影响药效。

- Muskmelon was taken as host plant,and field efficacy trials were conducted for four biocontrol compound agents of root knot nematode by hole applying.The efficacy on the tested nematicides was evaluated through yield increase,control efficacy,and the decline rate of J2.The results showed that the 500 million live spore?g-1 Paecilomyces lilacinus GR+5% Avermectin EC and 800 million Bacillus cereus?g-1 WP+1.8% Avermectin EC+nematocide auxiliaries were the most effective agents.The efficacy was equate to 10% Fosthiazate GR.The efficacy of 0.5% Avermectin GR and 3% Avermectin CS were at medium level,but the efficacy of 0.5% Avermectin GR was better than 3% Avermectin CS which revealed the different dosage forms of abamectin could affect the efficacy of the drug.
