- 以油麦菜品种“香油麦”为试材,采用随机区组田间试验,在施肥量相同的情况下,研究不同施肥处理对油麦菜产量、硝酸盐及镉含量的影响,以期为从源头阻控镉污染风险,为叶菜类蔬菜合理施肥提供科学依据。结果表明:有机肥料和无机肥料按照1∶1的比例配施,可以显著提高油麦菜的产量;单施化肥可显著提高植株体内的硝酸盐含量;合理施肥可以降低植株体内的镉含量。在油麦菜种植过程中,采用有机无机肥料配合施用,可以实现增产,降低植株中硝酸盐和镉含量,确保食品安全的目的。
- Abstract:
- ‘Xiangyoumai’ lettuce was used as test material,using randomized field experiments in the same quantity of fertilizer,the effect of different fertilizer treatments on lettuce yield,nitrate and cadmium content was studied.It is expected to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of cadmium pollution risk from the source,and to guide the rational fertilization of leafy vegetables.The results showed that organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer according to the ratio of 1∶1 could significantly improve the yield of lettuce.The chemical fertilizer could significantly improve the content of nitrate in lettuce leaves.Scientific and rational fertilization could reduce the content of cadmium in plants.In the process of planting lettuce,using organic and inorganic fertilizer application,could increase production,reduce the nitrate and cadmium content in plant,ensure food safety.
