- 以毛樱桃与李子品种“晚黄李”杂交后代F1-2为试材,采用叶片形态学观察、染色体检验、分子SRAP技术检测方法,研究了杂交后代与父母本的真实性关系,以期为樱桃新品.种选育及配套栽培技术提供参考依据。结果表明:杂交后代F1-2是毛樱桃与“晚黄李”的杂交种,其遗传基础更多来自于毛樱桃。
- Abstract:
- Hybrid progeny F1-2 of Prunus tomentosa Thunb.and Prunus salicina Lindl.‘Wanhuang’ were used as test material,leaf morphological observation,chromosome analysis,SRAP molecular detection methods were used to study the relationship between the hybrids and the authenticity of the parents,in order to provide the reference basis for the breeding and cultivation of new varieties of cherry.The results showed that the hybrid F1-2 was a hybrid of Prunus tomentosa Thunb.and Prunus salicina Lindl.‘Wanhuang’.The genetic base was more from Prunus tomentosa Thunb.
