- 女贞瓢跳甲(Argopistes tsekooni Chen)是木犀科园艺植物一种爆发性潜叶害虫。该试验以女贞瓢跳甲为研究对象,对其在赣州地区的发生规律进行了系统观察,并提取了女贞瓢跳甲总DNA,扩增了线粒体细胞色素氧化酶亚基I(COI)基因,利用Mega 7.0软件建立了系统发育树。结果表明:女贞瓢跳甲在赣州地区一年发生5代,与国内其他地区相比,该地区女贞瓢跳甲的寄主更多样、发生代数也更多。邻接树(NJ树)和最大似然树(ML树)结果均表明女贞瓢跳甲隶属于叶甲科跳甲亚科。
- Abstract:
- Argopistes tsekooni Chen is an out-breaking leaf-mining pest on the horticultural plants of Oleaceae family.A.tsekooni was taken as research object,its occurrence law in Ganzhou was systematically observed;its total DNA was extracted and the mtDNA-COI gene was amplified;the phylogenetic tree was then built using Mega 7.0.The results showed that the species had five generations a year in Ganzhou.Compared to other districts in China,A.tsekooni populations in Ganzhou had more hosts and more generations.Both neighbor-joining (NJ) tree and maximum likelihood (ML) tree indicated that A.tsekooni belonged to the Alticinae subfamily of Chrysomelidae.
