低温胁迫对八种彩叶树生理指标的影响

- 以2年生的金叶风箱果、紫叶水蜡、紫叶稠李、红叶李、光辉海棠、王族海棠、金叶红瑞木和五角枫离体休眠枝条为试材,采用人工低温冷冻法,在低温胁迫条件下测定丙二醛含量、相对电导率、可溶性蛋白质含量等生理指标,以期为东北黑土区引种和园林应用提供理论基础。结果表明:8种彩叶树表现出了较强的抗寒性,能够抵御-35 ℃的低温,初步推断其抗寒能力:紫叶稠李、紫叶水蜡、光辉海棠、红叶李>金叶风箱果、五角枫、金叶红瑞木>王族海棠。
- Abstract:
- An experiment was conducted to study the physiological indexes including Malus sp.,Malus ‘Royalty’, Ligustrum obtusifolium ‘Purpureus’, Prunus virginiana ‘Schubert’, Prunus cerasifera var. atropurpurea,Physocarpus opulifolius ‘Lutein’,Acer mono Maxim,Cornus alba ‘Aurea’ and so on eight color-leafed tree species.By using two-year-old detached dormant branches of the eight species as research objects,MDA content,relative electrical conductivity,soluble protein content were measured after being frozen at low temperatures.The results showed that,eight kinds of color-leafed tree showed strong cold resistance,could resist -35 ℃ low temperature.The ability to resist cold was preliminarily inferred, Malus sp.,Ligustrum obtusifolium ‘Purpureus’,Prunus virginiana ‘Schubert’,Prunus cerasifera var.atropurpurea>Physocarpus opulifolius‘Lutein’,Acer mono Maxim,Cornus alba ‘Aurea’ > Malus ‘Royalty’.
