- 以新疆轮台县杏园为调查对象,采用随机采样的方法,采集22份不同样地的流胶病病害样品,对病部微生物进行分离和菌种纯化,柯赫氏法则验证确定病原菌,对获得的病原菌进行形态学鉴定和ITS序列比对,以期为该病害的防治提供参考依据。结果表明:轮台县杏树流胶病主要为害枝干部位,5月中旬始发,6月中下旬进入盛发期,杏园内有生理性流胶病和侵染性流胶病。分离菌株L9具有致病性,人工接种发病症状与自然发病症状相同。经鉴定链格孢菌Alternaria alternata为引起轮台县杏树侵染性流胶病的病原菌。对于轮台县侵染性流胶病的防治应加强田间管理,增强树势。
- Abstract:
- This study was conducted to identify the pathogen of apricot gummosis disease in Luntai,Xinjiang.Occurrence period and incidence rate of the disease were investigated on thespot,and symptoms of the disease were observed and described.A total of 22 infested samples at different test field were randomly collected.Pathogen isolation and purification from the samples were conducted on PDA medium using normal tissue isolation method,and the pathogen was ensured by Koch′s postulates.The pathogen was identified by morphological method and ITS sequence alignment.That was identified for the purpose of controlling and further studying the disease.The results showed that,trunks were mainly injuried by gummosis,this disease originated in middle of May,and most seriously in the latter half of the June.Apricot gummosis were physiological gummosis and infectious gummosis in Luntai.The isolated strain L9 was pathogen,the symptoms of artificial inoculation were the same as natural symptoms.The identification of Alternaria alternata was the pathogen causing the infectious gum disease of apricot in Luntai.For the prevention and treatment of infectious gummosis that should strengthen field management,and enhance trees vigor.
