四种果树叶片光响应曲线研究及短时间沙尘覆盖对光合参数的影响

- 以南疆特色果树巴旦、核桃、苹果和杏叶片为试材,分别对各果树叶片进行短时间沙尘和遮阴网覆盖处理,设计不同覆盖处理的单位面积滞尘量分别为3 0、6 0、8 8、15 8、18 0 mg?cm-2,不同沙尘覆盖厚度对应的遮阴网覆盖厚度分别为白色纱网1层、白色纱网3层、白色纱网5层、黑色纱网1层、黑色纱网3层,并研究了不同处理下4种果树叶片光合参数的变化情况。结果表明:4种果树光补偿点LCP的大小顺序为苹果>巴旦>核桃>杏;光饱和点LSP的大小顺序为核桃>苹果>巴旦>杏;表观量子效率AQY的大小顺序为苹果>杏>巴旦>核桃;核桃的最大净光合速率最大,其次为巴旦,杏最小。短时间沙尘覆盖和遮阴网覆盖处理下4种果树叶片净光合速率(Pn)均随遮光率的增加呈逐渐降低趋势,沙尘胁迫下的下降程度比遮阴胁迫下的更大;遮光率为99 0%时2种胁迫下4种果树叶片Pn分别与对照值相比,其下降率排序均为核桃>巴旦>杏>苹果。4种果树叶片蒸腾速率(Tr)在沙尘胁迫中均随遮光率的增加呈逐渐降低趋势,遮阴胁迫对4种果树叶片Tr的影响趋势有所差异;遮光率为99 0%时,Tr在沙尘胁迫和遮阴胁迫中与对照值相比,其下降率排序分别为巴旦>核桃>苹果>杏;杏>核桃>苹果>巴旦。沙尘胁迫下核桃、苹果、杏叶片的光合作用受非气孔因素的限制,巴旦叶片净光合速率的下降是由于气孔和非气孔因素共同作用导致的;遮阴胁迫下苹果叶片光合作用只受非气孔因素的限制,而巴旦、核桃、杏叶片光合作用受气孔和非气孔因素的共同限制。
- Abstract:
- This experiment was designed to study the changes of photosynthetic parameters characteristics of the leaves of Amygdalus communis Linn.,Juglans regia Linn.,Malus pumila Mill. and Armeniaca vulgaris Lam. under the short time sand dust treatment and shade cover treatment.The design different mulching treatment 〖JP3〗unit area dust amount were 3 0,6 0,8 8,15 8,18 0 mg?cm-2,respectively.Different dust cover thickness corresponding to the shading cover thickness were,white gauze layer,white gauze three layers,white gauze five layers,black gauze layer,black gauze three layers.The results showed that the order of light compensation point of four kinds of fruit trees as follows: Malus pumila>Amygdalus communis>Juglans regia>Armeniaca vulgaris;the order of the light saturation point as follows: Juglans regia>Malus pumila>Amygdalus communis>Armeniaca vulgaris;the order of apparent quantum efficiency as follows: Malus pumila>Armeniaca vulgaris>Amygdalus communis>Juglans regia;Juglans regia walnut′s maximum net photosynthetic rate was the largest,followed by Amygdalus communis,Armeniaca vulgaris′s was minimum.The net photosynthetic rate (Pn) decreased with increasing of the shading rate under the both short time sand dust treatment and shade cover treatment,the sand dust treatment groups decreased more than the shade cover treatment group,when the shading rate was 99.0%,Pn values of four kinds of fruits under the two treatment group were all decreased compared with the control groups,the order was Juglans regia>Amygdalus communis>Armeniaca vulgaris>Malus pumila.Under the sand dust treatment,the transpiration rate (Tr) decreased gradually with the increase of shading rate,when the shading rate was 99.0%,Tr of four kinds of fruits decreased compared with the control group,the order was:Amygdalus communis>Juglans regia>Malus pumila>Armeniaca vulgari.Effects of shading cover stress on Tr rate of four kinds of fruit trend difference,when the shading rate was 99.0%,Tr of four kinds of fruits decreased compared with the control group,the order was Armeniaca vulgaris>Juglans regia>Malus pumila>Amygdalus communis.
