- 2015年9—11月利用LI-6400便携式光合作用测定仪对冬樱花(Cerasus cerasoides)和日本晚樱(Cerasus serrulata)叶片的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Cond)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)等生理指标以及光合有效辐射(PAR)、空气相对湿度(RH-R)、大气温度(Tair)等环境因子的日变化进行测定研究。结果表明:2种植物Pn、Tr、Cond的日变化曲线呈双峰型;冬樱花Pn的峰值出现在12:30和14:30,其峰值分别为7.33 μmol?m-2?s-1和7.74 μmol?m-2?s-1;日本晚樱Pn的峰值出现在12:30和15:30,其峰值分别为6.08 μmol?m-2?s-1和3.37 μmol?m-2?s-1;相关性分析表明,光合有效辐射、空气相对湿度、大气温度与冬樱花Pn均呈显著相关性,与日本晚樱Pn无显著相关性;冬樱花和日本晚樱的Pn与Cond均无显著相关性;冬樱花Pn与Tr有极显著正相关性(r=0.936**),与Ci有显著负相关性(r=-0.763*);日本晚樱Pn与Ci呈显著负相关(r=-0.723*)。
- Abstract:
- The net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,transpiration rate,intercellular CO2 concentration and photosynthetic active radiation and air relative humidity,atmospheric temperature of Cerasus cerasoides and Cerasus serrulata were comparatively investigated by LI-6400 portable photosynthesis system in field from September to November,2015.The results showed that the daily variation curves of Cond,Tr and Pn in two plants presented double peak curve.The peak of net photosynthetic rate(Pn) of Cerasus cerasoides appeared at 12:30 and 14:30,reached 7.33 μmol?m-2?s-1 and 7.74 μmol?m-2?s-1 respectively.The peak of net photosynthetic rate(Pn) of Cerasus serrulata appeared at 12:30 and 15:30,reached 6.08 μmol?m-2?s-1 and 3.37 μmol?m-2?s-1 respectively.There were significant correlations among the active radiation(PAR),air temperature(Tair) and relative humidity(RH-R) with Pn in Cerasus cerasoides but not in Cerasus serrulata.There was no correlation between Pn and Ci of two plants.The diurnal variation of Pn of Cerasus cerasoides was exceedingly positively correlated with transpiration rate (Tr),but significant negatively related with the intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci).For Cerasus serrulata,there was significantly negative correlation between the Pn and the intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci).
