- 以南疆不同居群的大果白刺叶片为试验材料,采用石蜡切片法,研究了不同生境对不同居群大果白刺叶片解剖结构特征的影响,以期探究各指数之间的变化与生境的相关性。结果表明:3个不同居群中大果白刺叶片厚度、上角质层厚度、上表皮厚度、栅栏组织厚度、海绵组织厚度、下表皮厚度及下角质层厚度存在着显著差异;大果白刺-1叶片厚度、上角质层厚度、上表皮厚度、海绵组织厚度、下表皮厚度及下角质层厚度最大,体现了最具有生态适应性,大果白刺-2的栅栏组织厚度最大,其栅海比最高为2 96,说明其光合作用效率最高。不同居群大果白刺叶片解剖结构的显著差异性表明不同的环境因子影响了大果白刺的生长发育,体现了植物适应环境变化所形成的生存对策。
- Abstract:
- The leaf of Nitraria roborowskii Kom.was used as materials,the leave anatomical structure of different groups by anatomical methods was compared and analyzed in order to explore the changes and correlation between each index of the groups.The results showed that leaf thickness,cuticle thickness,epidermis thickness,palisade tissue thickness and sponge tissue thickness,thickness of epidermis and cuticle thickness have significant difference in different groups.the leaf thickness,cuticle thickness,epidermis thickness,thickness of spongy tissue and the thickness of epidermis and cuticle thickness of DBC-1 was maximum,reflecting the ecological adapt ability of DBC-1.The leaf thickness of palisade tissue was maximum of DBC-2,the palisade spongy ratio up to 2 96.It was shown that the highest photosynthetic efficiency of DBC-2 in different groups.The leaf anatomical structure of different environmental factors that influenced the growth and development of Nitraria roborowskii Kom.,reflected the survival strategy of plants to adapt to the changing environment.
