- 针对国际国内种间关系研究科技文献数量过多、无法快速和有效分析等问题,利用信息可视化、共引分析、共词分析等方法和技术,以种间关系(Interspecific relationship)为检索词,借助Citespace软件对相关研究文献的学科分布、高被引文献进行图谱绘制,直观地展示和分析国际国内的研究热点。结果表明:种间关系检索结果包括不同种之间的相互作用关系和同种的遗传系统学关系2个方面,国际上的研究主要集中在微观的分子遗传系统学方面,而国内目前则在较为宏观的生态学物种相互作用方面。国际上关于种间关系的研究主要分布在环境科学、生态学、植物科学、动物科学和生物进化学等学科领域。为科研人员提供了极大的帮助和服务而受到广泛引用的、关于种间关系研究的软件(程序)信息具有高共被引频次。在研究热点方面,有关同一物种的进化(特别是分子水平)、发展方面的研究较多,随着分子生物学技术的发展,一些关于分子系统学的新方法和新技术为相关研究提供了新的视野,成为种间关系研究的热点。国内关于种间关系的研究起步较早,但有研究空白期,关于生态系统中混交林种群内或种群间的生态位以及功能与作用方面的研究较多,在遗传分子水平方面的相关研究迟滞于国际上,以遗传多样性、系统发育、RAPD技术、亲缘关系等关键词为研究热点的出现,相关研究发展迅速。
- Abstract:
- This study has done visual analysis of international and domestic interspecific relationship.Based on analytic techniques such as information visualization,co-citation analysis and co-appearance analysis,which mapped the co-citation network,hot words of most cited papers and frontier on interspecific relationship using the Citespace software.The study conducted the co-citation and network analysis and subject areas,keyword and term co-appearance analysis of interspecific relationship on the data downloaded from the Web of Science at Institute for Scientific Information,used the basedata sources,conducted the keyword co-appearance network analysis of domestic interspecific relationship on the data download from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI),which was one of the toppest number published platforms.The results showed that,the search results of interspecific relationship included two aspects of content:one was the interaction of different populations,another was the genetic systematics of the one species.International research mainly concentrated in the field of molecular genetic systematics,and in national research currently in the aspect of ecological interaction of different populations.The subject areas of international research about interspecific relationship were mainly distribution in environmental science,ecology,plant science,animal science and biological chemistry.The softwares (or programs) which could provide great helps and study services had the high co-citation frequency.In the study of hot spots,the evolution (especially molecular level) and development of same species had more research results,with the development of molecular biology,molecular systematics of the new methods and technologies for related research which provided the new field of vision,had become a hot research topic.The domestic studies on interspecific relationship started earlier,but the there was the blank period of studies,there were more studies on the ecological system of mixed forests within the group or the niche and the functions or effects between the population,however,the studies about genetic and molecular level were later than other countries in the world.With the keywords of genetic diversity,phylogenetic relationship,RAPD technology,etc.the related researches had developed rapidly.
