- 农业科技是连接农业生产和农业科研的桥梁和纽带,是支撑和引领现代农业发展的重要保障,如何应对新形势,创新北京市农业科技服务模式,促进农业科技转化为现实生产力,是当前的一项重要课题。该研究在查阅文献、实地调研的基础上,剖析了北京市农业发展的新特点和当前北京市农业科技服务面临的严峻挑战,通过以北京市农林科学院“双百对接”创新的实践模式为例,对新形势下北京市农业科技服务模式进行了探讨与思考。
- Abstract:
- Agricultural science and technology,the important guarantee to support and guide the development of modern agriculture,is the bridge and link between agricultural production and agricultural research.It was an important topic nowadays how to deal with the new situation,to promote the innovation of agricultural science and technology service model in Beijing,and to stimulate the transformation of agricultural science and technology into practical productive forces.Via reviewing literature and field research,the study analyzed the new characteristics of agricultural development and the current challenges faced by agricultural science and technology service of Beijing.According to example of ‘Shuangbai docking’ project implemented by Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences,this study discussed the agricultural science and technology service mode in Beijing under the new situation and made some thinking.
