- 以改良佳线辣椒为试材,采用不同浓度的NaCl(10、30、50 mmol·L-1)、NaHCO3(15、35、55 mmol·L-1)和K2SO4(10、30、50 mmol·L-1)3种盐分别对辣椒进行胁迫处理,测定各处理辣椒叶绿素含量、丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸(Pro)、电导率等指标,探讨不同盐胁迫对线辣椒生理代谢的影响,以期为开拓线辣椒的适生土壤范围、高效开发利用盐碱地提供参考。结果表明:不同胁迫条件下,低浓度盐均促进叶绿素合成,高浓度盐则抑制叶绿素合成;相同浓度下,K2SO4比NaCl、NaHCO3对叶绿素含量抑制强烈;随盐浓度的增加和胁迫时间的延长,辣椒叶片细胞膜MDA含量逐渐上升。3种盐中,K2SO4的MDA含量增加幅度最大;Pro的积累随盐胁迫浓度的升高呈先升高后下降的趋势,3种盐中,K2SO4胁迫处理的线辣椒Pro变化幅度最大。综上所述,3种盐的胁迫程度依次为K2SO4>NaCl>NaHCO3。
- Abstract:
- Capsicum annuum L.was taken as material,different concentrations of NaCl (10,30,50 mmol?L-1),NaHCO3(15,35,55 mmol?L-1) and K2SO4(10,30,50 mmol?L-1) were stressed at Capsicums seedlings stage for reference.Chlorophyll content,MDA content,electrical conductivity and proline content were analyzed to reflect the effect of different salt stress on Capsicums physiological metabolism,in order to expand the suitable soil range,and to increase the development and utilization of saline alkali soil.The results showed that when the concentrations were low,both the alkaline salt stress and neutral salt stress promoted chlorophyll synthesis,but high salt concentrations inhibited the synthesis of chlorophyll;at the same concentration,the inhibition of K2SO4 was heavier than that of NaCl and NaHCO3 to chlorophyll content;with the increasing of salt concentration and stressing time,MDA content of the leaf membrane increased gradually,there was more MDA increase of K2SO4 stress than that of NaCl and NaHCO3;the accumulation of proline increased at the beginning then decreased gradually,for three salts,K2SO4 showed maximum change of proline than that of NaCl and NaHCO3.In general,the salt damage was as follows:K2SO4>NaCl>NaHCO3.
