- 以‘晋椒401’辣椒为试材,采用随机区组设计和统计分析等方法,研究了8%宁南霉素、0.1%大黄素甲醚、0.5%氨基寡糖素、3%氨基寡糖素和5%氨基寡糖素5种生物农药对露地制干辣椒的病毒病防治效果,以期为制干辣椒生产提供参考依据。结果表明:施用5%氨基寡糖素和3%氨基寡糖素的防病和增产效果较好,考虑到施药成本,建议选用3%氨基寡糖素在秧苗早期或发病初期连续多次施用来防治露地制干辣椒病毒病发生。
- Abstract:
- ‘Jinjiao 401’ hot pepper was used as the experimental material,using random block designing,statistical analysis and pesticide field efficiency test,8% ningnanmycin,0.1% physcion,0.5% amino-oligosaccharin,3% amino-oligosaccharin,5% amino-oligosaccharin,5 kinds of biological pesticides were sprayed to prevent and treat the virus diseases of dry hot pepper in the open field,controlling with water in order to supply reference for pepper production.The results showed that 5% and 3% amino-oligosaccharin had the better effect on disease preventing and production increasing.Considering the cost of applying pesticide,it was suggested to use 3% amino-oligosaccharin continuously to prevent and treat the virus diseases of dry hot pepper in the open field at the beginning of the seedlings or the early stage of disease.
