- 为明确不同沙棘品种抗旱性,选取15个沙棘品种为试材,测定其叶片自然饱和亏、临界饱和亏、自由水含量、束缚水含量、自束比等生理指标,运用投影寻踪法,对15个品种沙棘的抗旱性进行了综合评价。结果表明:各品种抗旱性强弱顺序为“太阳”<“阜欧”<“杂优59号”<“杂优12号”<“杂优2号”<“杂优54号”<“中俄杂优”<“阜杂1号”<“杂优1号”<“杂优5号”<“杂优10号”<“杂优31号”<“杂优28号”<“蛮汉山”<“红霞”。
- Abstract:
- Leaf indexes of 15 Hippophae rhamnoides varieties were analyzed for the purpose of investigating drought resistance,including bound water content,free water content,natural saturation deficit,critical saturation deficit etc.The drought resistance of these varieties was comprehensively evaluated by projection pursuit regression analysis.The order of drought resistance for Hippophae rhamnoides was ‘Taiyang’<‘Fuou’<‘Zayou No.59’<‘Zayou No.12’<‘Zayou No.2’<‘ Zayou No.54’<‘Zhongezayou’<‘Fuza No.1’<‘Zayou No.1’<‘Zayou No.15’<‘Zayou No.10’<‘Zayou No.31’<‘Zayou No.38’<‘Manhanshan’<‘Hongxia’.
