- 以4种不同品种果树为试材,通过对枝条中相对含水率、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、脯氨酸、丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶以及过氧化氢酶等生理生化指标测试,用隶属函数法综合评价高酸苹果果树抗寒性,以期掌握新疆高酸苹果品种间的特征特性,为新疆高酸苹果的开发利用提供理论依据。结果表明:采用抗寒性隶属函数值法综合评价该4种果树的抗寒性,即将各指标的平均数值换算成隶属函数值,取各指标隶属度的平均值作为抗寒能力的综合鉴定标准;4种果树品种的抗寒性由高到低依次为“格罗斯”>“凯威”>“红玉”>“澳洲青苹”。表明在新疆石河子(东经84°58′~86°24′,北纬43°26′~45°20′,温带大陆性气候)地区周边,引进“格罗斯”“凯威”“红玉”“澳洲青苹”高酸苹果品种时,应根据其抗寒性进行选择。
- Abstract:
- In this experiment,four varieties of fruit trees were tested for physiological and biochemical indicators including relative water content,soluble sugar,soluble protein,proline,malondialdehyde,superoxide dismutase,peroxidase and catalase,etc.Using the membership function method to comprehensively evaluate the cold resistance of the apple with high acidity trees,to provide the theoretical help for the utilization and development of the apple with high acidity in the area of Shihezi,Xinjiang,China.The results showed that,the cold resistance of subordinate function value method in comprehensive evaluation of the four kinds of fruit trees drought resistance was the index of average value conversion into membership function value,the index membership degree of the average value as the cold resistance of the cold tolerance of the comprehensive appraisal standard of four tree species from high to low according to the times:‘Gross’>‘Kaiwei’>‘Ruby’>‘Australia green apple’.In Xinjiang Shihezi (East longitude 84°58′-86°24′,Northern latitude 43°26′-45°20′,temperate continental climate) in the surrounding area,the introduction of ‘Gross’‘Kaiwei’‘Ruby’‘Australia green apple’ with high acidity cultivars should be chosen according to the cold hardiness.
