- 以白木香气生根为试材,采用50 μmol?L-1茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)分别处理0(CK)、3、5、7 d后,通过显微观察、TUNEL检测、DNA降解和GC/MS检测方法,探讨MeJA对程序性细胞死亡(PCD)和沉香色酮产生之间的关系。结果表明:MeJA处理5、7 d后检测到PCD的发生,同时通过GC/MS检测到2-(2-苯乙基)色酮的产生且相对含量逐渐增加。推测白木香气生根在MeJA处理后,PCD的发生可能与2-(2-苯乙基)色酮的产生存在正相关性,为进一步研究沉香色酮的形成机制提供参考依据。
- Abstract:
- Aerial roots of Aquilaria sinensis were used as experimental material,the effects of MeJA on programmed cell death (PCD) and the production of aloes ketones were studied by 50 μmol?L-1 methyl jasmonate (MeJA) treatment for 0,3,5,7 days respectively,and the materials were observed and detected by microscopic observation,TUNEL detection,DNA degradation and GC/MS method respectively.The results showed that the occurrence of PCD was detected in the experimental material that had been processed by MeJA for 5 days and 7 days,at the same time,the production of 2-(2-phenylethyl)chromone was detected by GC/MS method and the relative content was increased gradually.This study speculated that the occurrence of PCD might be positively correlated with the production of 2-(2-phenylethyl)chromone after MeJA treatment,which could provide reference for the further study of the formation mechanism of the agarwood chromone.
