- 以63份苹果园土壤为试材,采用碱解扩散法测定土样有效氮含量,利用地物波谱仪Field Spec3采集土壤红外光谱,通过View Spec Pro RS3以及化学计量学软件Unscrambler 9.7对光谱数据转化、数据预处理及建模和校验等方法,研究了土壤有效氮的快速估测模型的可靠性,以期简化土壤测定程序和降低成本。结果表明:构建的土壤有效氮PLS估测模型,其因子数PCs=9,模型决定系数Rc2=0.968,预测决定系数Rv2=0.802,模型均方差RMSEC=4.102 mg?kg-1,交叉验证均方差RMSECV=10.217 mg?kg-1,预测相对标准差RPD=5.631,预测相对误差范围RER=22.009,构建的土壤有效氮PLS估测模型稳健、可靠,可以用来快速预测土壤有效氮含量。

As the experimental materials,63 orchard soils were used to construct rapid,simple and safe the soil nutrients content analysis methods by researching the relationship between soil near infrared spectral reflectance with soil nitrogen content.First,spectral values of sixty-three orchards soil and available nitrogen contents were obtained by Field Spec3 instrument and alkali-hydrolyzed diffusing method,respectively.Then,the reflectance spectra value was transformed into absorbance spectra value,data preprocessed,constructed and verificated the model with the software View SpecPro RS3 and Unscrambler 9.7,respectively.The results showed that soil available nitrogen content partial least squares regression (PLS) model was constructed,with factors (PCs) equal to 9,Rc2 equal to 0.968,Rv2 equal to 0.802,RMSEC equal to 4.102 mg?kg-1,RMSECV equal to 10.217 mg?kg-1,RPD equal to 5.631 and RER equal to 22.009.The experiment showed that near infrared spectroscopy from apple orchard soil could be used for quantification of available nitrogen in soil for quick diagnosis of nutrients.
