- Pluteus umbrosus strain which was collected from Lushui,Jilin province was used as material,biological characteristics and the artificial cultivation were reported.The results showed mycelia derived from the mushroom fruit body grew well on PDA medium when soluble starch served as the carbon source,carbamide and yeast extract fermentation was the nitrogen source,the growth medium was adjusted to pH 5.0 and 25 ℃.
