- 以3种杀虫剂氯氟氰菊酯、毒死蜱和辛硫磷为供试药剂,以菜青虫为防治对象,采用响应面分析法研究了高效氯氟氰菊酯、毒死蜱和辛硫磷3种杀虫剂对菜青虫防效的最佳浓度配方,以期达到防治菜青虫的目的。结果表明:高效氯氟氰菊酯为0.008 5 g?L-1,毒死蜱为0.69 g?L-1,辛硫磷为1.07 g?L-1是最佳浓度的配比方式。
- Abstract:
- Three kinds of insecticides were used as test agents, Pieris rapae was used as control object,,the optimum concentration formula of lambda-cyhalothrin,chlorpyrifos and phoxim for controlling Pieris rapae was studied by using the response surface methodology.The results showed that the optimal concentration of lambda-cyhalothrin was 0.008 5 g?L-1;the optimal concentration of chlorpyrifos was 0.69 g?L-1;and the optimal concentration of phoxim was 1.07 g?L-1.
