- 以大叶金叶椴为试材,研究了IBA、ABT1和发根农杆菌对其嫩枝扦插生根的影响。结果表明:IBA、ABT1和发根农杆菌处理后,插条生根率、平均生根数、平均根长显著提高(P<0.01),生根时间缩短。IBA、ABT1和发根农杆菌处理后,插条生根GA3和IAA含量,IAA/ABA均比对照增加,且差异极显著(P<0.01);可溶性糖和全氮含量变化一致,先上升后下降与对照无显著差异,提高了IAA/ABA比值,降低了ABA和酚的含量。其中以500 mg?kg-1 ABT1浸泡1 min,再用发根农杆菌浸泡基部30 min处理的嫩枝扦插生根效果最好,生根率、平均生根数、平均根长分别比对照增加了112.36%、112.61%和64.95%,生根时间比对照缩短了8 d。
- Abstract:
- The influence of IBA,ABT1 and Agrobacterium rhizogenes on the softwood cutting of Tilia platyphyllos Aurea was studied during rooting while the mechanism of their effects on the rooting was discussed.The results showed that the rooting rate,average root number,root length were significantly increased(P<0.01) and the rooting time decreased after treatment with IBA,ABT1 and Agrobacterium rhizogenes. IBA,ABT1 and Agrobacterium rhizogenes also increased significantly the contents of GA3,IAA and the ration of IAA/ABA(P<0.01),the variation of soluble sugars and total N contents were the same,the contents of soluble sugars and total N rised firstly and fell lastly,no significant difference.The contents of ABA and hydroxybenzene reduced during the rooting period,and promoted remarkably rooting of softwood cutting.It showed that the treatment with 500 mg?kg-1ABT1 and Agrobacterium rhizogenes was the best. The rooting percentage,quantity of root and root length of the cutting after treatment with ABT1+Agrobacterium rhizogenes increased by 112.36%,112.61% and 64.95%,while the rooting period was shortened by eight days compared with control.
