- ‘0909’ wolfberry was used as test material,this study aimed to investigate the effect of different proportions of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in total fertilizer on the content of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in the‘0909’wolfberry leaves and the resistance of ‘0909’ wolfberry.The experiment design used ‘3414’ fertilizer method which employed commonly spinning regression experiment with three factors,four levels.The results showed that diverse percentages of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in whole fertilizer resulted in significant effects on the spring branch growth of ‘0909’ wolfberry.When spring branch stop growing,the length of spring branch could be established mode.Different proportions of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium resulted in significant effects on the activity of cellular enzyme in wolfberry leaf.In the early stage of flowering,SOD activity achieved the highest level in H7 (Applying N 56.5, NH4H2PO4 9.0, urea 103.3, P 45.5, NH4H2PO4 74.6, K 65, K2SO4 125.0 g per plant) and the lowest level in H1(Applying N 110.5, NH4H2PO4 16.6, urea 204.1, P 84.5, NH4H2PO4 138.5, K 65, K2SO4 125.0 g per plant).POD activity reached the peak in H5(Applying N 56.5, NH4H2PO4 16.6, urea 86.7, P 84.5, NH4H2PO4 138.5, K 65, K2SO4 125.0 g per plant) and the lowest in H6(Applying N 56.5, NH4H2PO4 16.6, urea 86.7, P 84.5, NH4H2PO4 138.5, K 35, K2SO4 67.3 g per plant).While CAT activity obtained the maximum value in H7 and the minimum value in H5.There were significant differences of soluble sugar content in every phenophase of ‘0909’ wolfberry leaf,which declined first and rose to the top in flowering period.Regarding to diverse percentages of element in fertilizer,there were significant effects on the contents of N,P and K in wolfberry leaf.The trend of total nitrogen content in wolfberry leaf showed in this way:spring branch stage>early flowering stage>flowering stage>early fruit stage>fruit stage.It was key nitrogen period in spring branch stage and H5 management had the highest value of nitrogen assimilation.The trend of total phosphorus content in the leaf declined to the bottom in early flowering stage,then increased gradually (fruit stage>early fruit stage>flowering stage>spring branch stage>early flowering stage).For the trend of total potassium content in every phenophase of wolfberry leaf,it gradually increased with the growth of spring branch,and rose dramatically in early flowering stage and then reached the peak in early fruit stage,followed by decreased trend in flowering and fruit staages.By analysing the yield of ‘0909’ using quadratic general rotary unitized design,following model could be obtained:Y=0.474 86+0.118 76X1^2+0.189 47X2^2+0.136 44X3^2-0.187 50X2X3.
