- 以双胞蘑菇‘As2796’为试材,采用50%、60%、70%松杉木屑工厂化栽培金针菇菌糠的3个比例配方为处理,以当地规范化稻草配方栽培双孢蘑为对照,对各个配方的菌丝生长情况、子实体农艺性状、生产效益等进行了比较分析。结果表明:菌丝生长情况和子实体外观性状差异不明显,3个不同用量的金针菇菌糠配方栽培双孢蘑菇的产量,与对照相比差异均达到极显著水平。试验筛选出经济效益配方为金针菇菌糠60%~70%、牛粪26%~36%、过磷酸钙2%、石灰2%。
- Abstract:
- Agaricus bisporus ‘As2796’ was used as test material,three different formulas with 50%,60%,70% residue for Flammulina velutipes industrial production by using sawdust of pine and Chinese fir tree for planting agaricus bisporus were set as treatments,the local standardization of straw planting agaricus mushroom was set as control check.For each formula hypha growth situation,the fruiting body of agronomic traits analysis,production efficiency,etc.were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the mycelia and fruiting body appearance difference was not obvious,the Agaricus bisporus production of three different formulas of residue for Flammulina velutipes culture,compared with the control check were reached extremely significant level.Experiment screened out the formula of economic benefit,residue from Flammulina velutipes culture 60%-70%,cow dung 26%-36%,calcium superphosphate 2%,lime 2%.
