- 为探索土壤养分、酶活性和梵净山冷杉死亡三者之间的关系,探寻导致梵净山冷杉濒危的土壤养分及酶活性因子,在其分布区分别采集死亡(Dp)与未死亡样地(Lp)冷杉根区土壤,测定了土壤pH、有机质(SOM)、全氮(TN)、碱解氮(AN)、全钾(TK)、速效钾(AK)、全磷(TP)、有效磷(AP)含量、阳离子交换量(CEC)以及脲酶、磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶、多酚氧化酶活性,并对土壤养分和酶活性特征进行分析。结果表明:2种样地土壤全磷缺乏,其余养分为适宜到极丰富水平;AP、CEC、TK含量为Lp>Dp土壤,其余养分相差不大;脲酶、磷酸酶活性为Lp>Dp土壤,过氧化氢酶活性为Lp<Dp土壤,各酶之间的相关性均不明显;Lp土壤脲酶活性与SOM含量存在显著相关性,脲酶活性与AK和CEC含量间、过氧化氢酶活性与AN含量间、多酚氧化酶活性与AN和TN含量间均有较大正相关性;过氧化氢酶活性与CEC间、多酚氧化酶活性与TP和TK含量间有较大负相关性;Dp土壤磷酸酶活性与AP含量有较大负相关性,其余酶活性与养分间相关性较小。
- Abstract:
- In order to explore the relationships among soil nutrient,enzymatic activity and death of Abies fanjingshanensis,the samples were collected from death plots(Dp) and living plots(Lp).Soil pH,SOM,TN,AN,AK,TK,TP,AP,CEC content and the activities of urease,phosphatase,catalase,polyphenol oxidase were measured,and the relationship between soil nutrient and enzyme activity were analyzed.The results showed that all measured parameters were rich expect total phosphorus in both sample plots.The contents of AP,CEC and TK in Lp were higher than Dp,the rest of the nutrient contents did not differ much.The activities of urease and phosphatase in Lp were higher than Dp,the activity of catalase in Dp soil was higher than Lp,there was no obvious correlation between all enzyme.A significant correlation was observed between urease activity and SOM in Lp soil of Abies,AK and CEC content had a positive correlation with urease activity,catalase activity had a positive correlation with AN,Alkali hydrolysis nitrogen,total nitrogen had a notable positive correlation with the activity of polyphenol oxidase.Catalase activity had a negative correlation with CEC,there was a negative correlation among TP,TK content and polyphenol oxidase.Meanwhile,there was a large negative correlation between phosphatase activity and AP content,and the other enzymatic activities had a low correlation with the other nutrient contents.
