- 以3个不同种源的青钱柳幼苗为试材,对其生长、生理及生化特征进行了比较研究,以期为不同培育目标选择具有优良性状的青钱柳种源。结果表明:3个种源生长性状表现为花溪种源>石阡种源>江口种源;不同种源相对电子传递速率(ETR)、光系统II的最大量子产量(Fv/Fm)、光化学淬灭系数(qP)表现为花溪种源>石阡种源>江口种源;不同种源青钱柳叶片可溶性总糖含量和还原糖含量达差异显著水平,表现为江口种源>花溪种源>石阡种源;不同种源铁(Fe)元素含量达差异显著水平,表现为石阡种源>花溪种源>江口种源;锰(Mn)元素含量达差异显著水平,表现为花溪种源>石阡种源>江口种源;不同种源铜(Cu)元素含量达差异显著水平,表现为石阡种源>江口种源>花溪种源;不同种源锌(Zn)元素含量达差异显著水平,表现为花溪种源>石阡种源>江口种源。

- The variation of seedling growth and physiological and biochemical characteristics among three different provenances of Cyclocarya paliurus seedlings were compared with the aim of selecting superior provenances according to different goals.The results showed that the growth performance was as Huaxi provenance>Shiqian provenance>Jiangkou provenance.The performances of relative electron transport rate(ETR),maximum photochemical quantum yield of PSII(Fv/Fm),coefficient of photochemical fluorescence quenching(qP) of different provenances were as Huaxi provenance>Shiqian provenance>Jiangkou provenance.There were significant differences in the content of soluble total sugar and reducing sugar among different provenances,the performance was as Jiangkou provenances>Huaxi provenance>Shiqian provenance.There were significant differences in the content of iron (Fe) among different provenances,the performance was as Shiqian provenance>Huaxi provenance>Jiangkou provenance.There were significant differences in the content of manganese(Mn) among different provenances,the performance was as Huaxi provenance>Shiqian provenance>Jiangkou provenance.There were significant differences in the content of copper(Cu) among different provenances,the performance was as Shiqian provenance>Jiangkou provenance>Huaxi provenance.There were significant differences in the content of zinc(Zn) among different provenances,the performance was as Huaxi provenance>Shiqian provenance>Jiangkou provenance.
