- 介绍了农杆菌介导的番茄遗传转化影响因素,包括番茄的基因型、农杆菌类型、外植体类型、预培养时间、菌液浓度、侵染时间、共培养时间、分化培养基中的生长调节剂与抗生素浓度、筛选剂浓度、乙酰丁香酮浓度及外源基因等重要因素。同时综述了番茄转基因技术的应用及研究成果,以期为农杆菌介导的番茄遗传转化奠定理论基础。
- Abstract:
- This article reported the factors for the Agrobacterium-mediated genetic transformation of the tomato,such as tomato genotypes,Agrobacterium tumefaciens,pre-culture time,concentration of bacterium,infection time,co-cultivation time,the ratio of plant growth regulators and antibiotics in regeneration medium,the concentration of screening reagent,the concentration of acetosyringone and different target genes.This paper summarized the application and research results for transgenic technology of the tomato at the same time.In order to lay a theoretical foundation for the tomato Agrobacterium-mediated transformation.
