不同光质处理对翠云草叶色变化的影响

- 以半年生长势良好的盆栽翠云草为试材,设绿色光质处理R1、红色光质处理R2、黄色光质处理R3、紫色光质处理R4共4个处理,以白色光质处理R0为对照,进行不同光质处理6个月后,比较叶片中叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素a+b、叶绿素a/b、类胡萝卜素、花色素苷含量变化,研究不同光质处理对翠云草叶色变化的影响。结果表明:绿色光质处理R1下花色苷含量最高,叶色表现出特殊的蓝绿色;白色光质处理R0下类胡萝卜素含量最高,而花色苷含量最低,说明翠云草叶片受到胁迫,叶片呈现的红色是类胡萝卜素的颜色而不是花色苷的颜色。方差分析表明,不同光质处理对翠云草叶片中花色素苷含量影响极显著,而对叶绿素含量和类胡萝卜素含量影响不显著。

- Using half-year-old,well-grown pot plants of Selaginella uncinata as material,the effects of different light treatments on the changes of leaves color were studied.Four treatments were conducted as follows:green light treatment(denoted as R1),red light treatment(denoted as R2),yellow light treatment(denoted as R3),purple light treatment(R4),and white light treatment(denoted as R0)as the control.The contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,chlorophyll a+b,chlorophyll a/b,carotenoid,anthocyanin within the leaves were determined after six months of light treatments.The results showed that for R1,the content of anthocyanin was the highest,and the leaves were special blue-green;for R0,the content of carotenoid was the highest,while the content of anthocyanin was the lowest,thus,leaves were red.Variance analysis indicated that different light treatments had significant effects on the content of anthocyanin within the leaves of Selaginella uncinata,while the effects on the contents of chlorophyll and carotenoid were indistinctive.
